Cuttlefish in Wine with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 700 grams cuttlefish cleaned
  • 200 grams olive oil
  • 150 grams tomatoes concassé (peeled and the seeds removed)
  • 500 grams onion, sliced
  • 300 grams green onion
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • 200 grams white wine
  • 100 grams vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil to sauté the onion. Add the cuttlefish and the green onion. Then finish with wine, add the tomato concassé, stock, cumin and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Add the dill, stirring well, and remove it from heat.
