Atlantikos product needed for the recipe:

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 pack of Argentine Shrimp L1, peeled, headless and tail-off
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • A few bukovo seeds
  • 50 grams sweet white wine
  • 200 grams tomatoes in dices
  • 160 grams seafood stock
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 160 grams tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 grams frozen butter in cubes
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
    1 sprig of thyme
    600 grams tagliatelle, well cooked


In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic together with the bukovo spice.

Add in the dices of tomato and finish with wine. Add the stock, the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Add in the shrimp and stir in the butter to thicken the sauce. Add the tagliatelle and stir well. Finish with lime zest and finely chopped fresh tarragon.
