Atlantikos product needed for the recipe:


  • 800 grams mussels
  • 50 grams white wine
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 150 grams onion, minced
  • 150 grams green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 20 grams olive oil


In a pan, heat the olive oil to sauté together the onions, garlic, fresh onions and cherry tomatoes. Add the mussels, stir well and finish with white wine.
Cover the pan and cook for two minutes longer.

Season with pepper and serve immediately.
