Surimi Crab Salad

Atlantikos product needed for the recipe:

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 500 grams Surimi Crab, chopped
  • 200 grams white cabbage, chopped
  • 150 grams carrot, shredded
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 100 grams mayonnaise
  • 50 grams fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 5 grams lemon juice
  • Baby spinach or chives to garnish

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Set aside to chill in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving. Garnish with some baby spinach or finely chopped chives.
