Atlantikos product needed for the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 800 grams Redfish
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 onions
  • 100 grams olive oil
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Clean and scale the fish thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut it lightly on the one side and add the bay leaves. In a baking tray, place the potatoes, the diced tomatoes, the chopped garlic, the sliced onion and the parsley.

Season with salt and pepper. Pour half the oil and mix with your hands all the ingredients well into the baking tray.

Then place the fish over the vegetables and pour over it the remaining oil. Add one cup of water and cook it in preheated oven at 180 degrees for an hour.

Optionally, top the food with bread crumbs if prefer it with crust.
