Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2 packages of Indian shrimp L2 Headless Peeled (tail on)
- 100 grams red peppers in sticks
- 100 grams green peppers in sticks
- 80 grams onion, chopped
- 60 grams dry white wine
- 150 grams feta cheese in pieces
- 30 grams olive oil
- 1 gram bukovo spice
- 200 grams grated tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and the peppers until they are tender. Add the shrimps and cook them for a minute on each side. Finish with wine and add the grated tomato. Add salt, pepper and bukovo spice.
Add the feta cheese, stirring well. When fully melted, remove from heat. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
