Atlantikos product needed for the recipe:

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 600 grams Redfish
  • 200 grams Hake
  • 100 grams Carolina-white rice
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 bunches of celery
  • 100 grams white wine
  • 100 grams olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Chop all the vegetables (potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, onion, and celery) into large dices and boil them in a saucepan along with the rice.

When tender, place on top the cleaned fish, pour in the wine, season with salt and pepper, and add some water to cover.

Boil the soup for about 30 minutes. Pour over lemon juice and serve.
