Ingredients (4 servings)
- 500 grams Surimi Crab, chopped
- 200 grams white cabbage, chopped
- 150 grams carrot, shredded
- 20 grams olive oil
- 100 grams mayonnaise
- 50 grams fresh onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 5 grams lemon juice
- Baby spinach or chives to garnish
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Set aside to chill in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving. Garnish with some baby spinach or finely chopped chives.
