Preparation
In a blender, mix all ingredients together and blend them well. Rinse the fish thoroughly, season with salt, pour some oil and place them on high heat grill to brown.
Put them in a baking tray, pour over the marinade and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Striped Red Mullets with sautéed spinach

Clean the fish well, season with salt and place on the grill to brown.
Then place them into the gastronorm tray and pour over rosemary, olive oil, garlic and white vinegar (already mixed in the blender) and a few raisins.
Cook in the oven at 170 degrees.
Sautéed Spinach
Sauté lightly the green onion and the tomatoes in olive oil and season with salt. Add the fresh spinach and when sautéed, pour the lemon juice.
Remove from heat and garnish with a little fresh rosemary.
